Datalogger

This data logger is designed for environmental and meteo-hydrological monitoring systems and, through a wide variety of analog and digital interfaces, it is able to directly acquire sensors, analysers, chemical-physical probes, actuators, and many other devices. Through the serial and LAN ports it is possible to directly interconnect various communication systems such as radio modems in free or licensed band (UHF, VHF, HF, SRD,…other), GPRS, UMTS, LTE modems, routers, satellite devices (Iridium, Inmarsat , Meteosat, Goes,..other) or wired lines for remote connection.

A cutting-edge data logger with very low consumption, produced in Italy, native with Modbus RTU communication protocol and embedded Linux operating system.

The DA22KE is an extremely precise, robust and highly durable device which can be installed at any latitude, longitude and weather condition, from -40°C to +80°C, from the African deserts to the Amazon forest.

The DA22KE has been designed as an independent, open module that can be used in all application areas, even other than meteorology and hydrology. For this reason, in addition to the DAK programming wizard software supplied with the data logger, it has been possible to program customized functions, using available and open libraries, and functions and/or procedures that allow interoperability with third-party systems.

The large number of interface ports makes it very flexible and modular both towards interconnection to sensors in the field and towards communication systems or high-level interfaces (for example: PLC, PC).
DA22KE represents the latest evolution of the proven DA family of S+M dataloggers, characterized by extensive reliability tested on thousands of products.

The MegaSUM has been designed to be a perfect solution to be used as a monitoring station datalogger which do not require extremely high computational capacity but able to acquire data from numerous sensors of many different supported types at the same time. In fact, the unit can be considered as more powerful and extended version of the MicroSUM logger, with a wider range of serial communication interfaces as well as a built-in Ethernet port. The FreeRTOS Operating System ensures power efficiency of the unit even during intense operation. The datalogger can manage multiple data transmission devices for data sending such as radio-modems in free or licensed band (UHF, VHF, HF, SRD, …),GPRS/UMTS/LTE modem/router, satellite equipment (Iridium, Inmarsat, Meteosat, Goes, ..).
Furthermore, the datalogger has been thoroughly designed to ensure maximum performance even in the harshest climate conditions, ranging from the typical coldest temperatures of the high altitudes, to the warmest of the tropical and desert areas.
The device is supplied with the DAK configuration wizard software.
